SWISS-PROT Accession numbers to GO Terms

The link from a selection from EMBL/SWALL entries to GO in SRS is not too helpful as the dominance of individual GO Terms does not become too obvious. This little PHP script helps querying a My-SQL Gene Ontology Database entry by entry and summarises the results!!!

Following input types are supported:

They can be used mixed up together (if the right notation is used shown in the example query -> following textarea).

Similarities Table The Output is a table of the counting over the path intersections from queried terms. (kind of clustering can be choosen)
